International Shipping
For international shipping, FIROZA provides free delivery for a cart value equivalent to INR 15,000 and above. The delivery time after dispatch is typically 5-10 days, depending on the recipient's location. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, natural calamities, and other unavoidable circumstances.
It's important to note that all international orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, VAT, GST, or any other taxes/duties as per the recipient's country's customs guidelines are not prepaid for international orders. These charges, if applicable, will be levied upon delivery and must be borne by the recipient. FIROZA has no control over these charges and cannot predict them in advance |
